Responsibilities
Handle incoming support requests from Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions Document interactions accurately in our helpdesk ticketing system Assist in educating clients about our products and services Coordinate with senior team members for complex issues that require escalation Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical knowledge and skills Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented with good organizational skills A positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to help Previous experience in customer service or IT support is an advantage but not required Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel And More...
