As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch support. Your friendly and proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional helpdesk support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to meet client needs. Educate customers about product features to maximize their use and satisfaction. Document customer interactions carefully for future reference and service improvement. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively. Engage in regular training to keep up with product updates and industry best practices. Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused attitude. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a methodical approach. Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is highly desirable. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team. A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to help clients.
