Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them with hotel bookings and ensuring a memorable hospitality experience.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you assist customers with inquiries regarding room availability, reservations, special requests, and any concerns they may have related to their stay. You will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving satisfaction within our hospitality services.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations Assist customers with inquiries about accommodation options, amenities, and pricing Manage and process reservations accurately and efficiently Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Collaborate with hotel staff to resolve any issues related to bookings or guest stays Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services Stay updated on hospitality trends and offerings to provide informed recommendations Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills Strong customer service focus and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in customer service, especially in hospitality or hotel reservations, is preferred Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for hospitality and helping customers create memorable experiences Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
