Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department for one of our clients. In this exciting Entry Level role, you will provide top-notch support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them navigate our product offerings and resolving any inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you assist clients with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive shopping experience for our clients focused on their home improvement projects.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding home improvement and DIY tools Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, availability, and applications Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication abilities Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or home improvement, is preferred Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for DIY projects and helping customers achieve their home improvement goals Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
