Overview
Blue Ridge Tire Center, a family-owned business for over 30 years in Salem, VA, is looking for an Inside Counter Sales and Customer Service candidate to join our team! The starting salary range is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. The following benefits will be offered to qualified candidates:
Monday - Friday work schedule with overtime as necessary
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
Simple IRA retirement with company match up to 3%
Paid time off for vacation and holiday
Company vehicle provided for outside sales calls
Responsibilities The primary duties of this position will be greeting customers in person and by phone to determine what services they need. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with customers to decide what tires and or parts are needed, securing what is needed and working with the technicians to keep work flowing through the shop. Our company is proud of the long-term relationships we have with our customers and are looking for the right person to build and develop new relationships in order to increase sales.
Qualifications
Professional who is goal oriented with excellent customer service skills
Ability to identify customers\' needs and provide assistance to ensure they receive the best service available.
Knowledge of tires and service that will allow you to provide recommendations to customers based on their specific business needs
Team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with all other aspects of running the company as needed by the owner
