Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician for immediate needs!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance service requests.
Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including appliance repair.
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Install locks and make keys.
Replace light bulbs in common areas.
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily.
Deliver communication documentation to residents.
Assist in cleaning available apartments and models.
Perform basic pool cleaning, including cleaning pool furniture and maintaining pool chemicals.
Maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community areas meticulously.
Experience in the apartment industry is a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
