**Key Qualifications:**

- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience - Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or related engineering field - Professional Engineering (PE) licensure required, with the capability to gain multi-state licensure - Structural Engineering (SE) licensure is a plus - Expertise in designing with steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structural systems; post-tension and podium design experience preferred - Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic setting - Proficiency with REVIT is preferred; strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential
