Medical Sales Representative
to drive new business development and manage client relationships within an assigned territory.
Role Overview As a Medical Sales Representative, you will identify and penetrate new business opportunities, targeting hospitals, acute care and wound care centers/clinics seeking out key decision makers such as WOC nurses. In this role you will drive sales, efficiencies, and promote sales growth within the assigned territory.
Territory includes St. Louis to Southern MO to Southern IL
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Medical Device Sales, with expertise in Wound Care a plus
Experience selling into Hospitals and IDNs, Nursing Staff
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Min. 3+ years
of Medical Sales experience, preferably in Wound Care
Demonstrated success in
new business development
with the ability to close deals
Expertise in selling to hospitals, wound care centers and clinics
Strong knowledge of the industry, healthcare reimbursement, and industry trends
Track record of building and managing relationships with key decision-makers
Documented achievement of sales goals and targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and travel as needed (may include minimal overnights)
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
Year 1 Guaranteed
at $120,000
Company-provided
expenses , including Company Car and Gas
