What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiological mapping and navigation system
Educate and train medical personnel on the use of cardiac mapping products and related procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping products while supporting regional sales objectives
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and identify sales opportunities
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training and support initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in the cardiac field
A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record in technical training and support within the medical field
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing clinical support
