What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiological mapping and navigation system
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation products
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping products and related procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR
Bachelor's degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of related work experience
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
