Workpath is growing in 2026 and we are looking for a dynamic team member to cultivate successful, long-term relationships by matching the right job seekers with the right organizations. The ideal candidate will manage the full client lifecycle from introduction to ongoing business development campaigns. Your customers will be new and established accounts and you can exceed expectations by delivering sales presentations, closing new accounts, recruiting talent, managing candidates and driving the vision and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities

Grow market share by generating new accounts and further developing established accounts through phone calls, in person meetings, email, direct mail, networking and ABM.

Build consultative client relationships to present the value of our recruiting solutions and help clients achieve business goals.

Regularly visit with key contacts & decision makers to obtain information on business needs, recommend new solutions and increase account revenue.

Analyze the daily sales activity within each account; determine areas of opportunity and develop strategies to expand sales.

Recruit and market top talent to expand your talent network and fill open positions.

Consult with clients on job market trends and talent availability.

Attend workshops and other educational trainings, participate in professional societies and industry networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years of staffing experience, preferred

Previous experience in account management/process management

Proven track record of production as a staff recruiter/account manager

Preferred Skills

Strong experience in cross selling, recruiting functions, and client relations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outgoing personality with strong organizational and customer service skills

High energy, excellent focus, relentless drive, team player

Sales-driven with perseverance and a track record of achieving goals

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure meeting continuing deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year + uncapped commissions
