You’ll work closely with the principals, play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of projects, and act as a steady presence in the studio, supporting and mentoring more junior team members as the practice continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept design through documentation and delivery
Produce and coordinate detailed architectural drawing sets
Work closely with principals, consultants, and clients
Support and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, approachable way
Contribute to design development, detailing, and problem solving across multiple projects
Key Skills / Requirements
7–10 years of professional architectural experience
Strong architectural background with a high level of technical proficiency
Experience working in small or design‑led studios
Confident producing and coordinating drawing sets (AutoCAD required; Revit experience beneficial)
