Maintenance Technician

who embodies our motto, “A Friendly Home.” Key Responsibilities: Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency Perform preventive maintenance, light carpentry, appliance installations, HVAC tasks, and general repairs Build positive relationships with residents, co‑workers, and vendors What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills Self‑motivated with excellent time management Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance 2+ years of experience in maintenance or trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, etc.) Preferred (but not required): CPO, EPA, OSHA certifications HVAC and appliance repair experience Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekends, overtime, or on‑call may be required based on property needs) We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and professional growth.
