Responsibilities
Complete daily work orders and apartment turns
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
Complete preventative maintenance and basic grounds care
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop
Requirements
1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
Experience with drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets), electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting), appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove), gas & electric water heaters
EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation REQUIRED
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call every 4 weeks

Background check & drug screening required; We DO NOT test for THC
