just $45/month Vision Coverage Life Insurance Paid Time Off: 80160 hours/year + paid holidays Your Role: Keep Our Community Running Smoothly: Complete resident work orders & apartment turns Troubleshoot & repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Interior & exterior painting, light carpentry Preventative maintenance & grounds upkeep Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and safe Who We're Looking For: 1+ year of apartment or facility maintenance experience Knowledge in: drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, water heaters EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications a plus Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required Ability to work MondayFriday, 8AM5PM, plus on-call rotation of 1 week every 3 weeks What to Expect: A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Why wait?
