Overview
Maintenance Technician – Park Commons Apartments (Valley Park, MO). Monarch is hiring a career-minded Maintenance Technician at Park Commons Apartments (174 units). We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
Pay & Perks Pay & Perks:
$21–$23/hr + quarterly bonuses (up to $3,000/yr)
On-call bonuses (up to $2,000/yr)
PTO (80–160 hrs based on tenure) + 9 paid holidays

Job Duties
Job Duties:
Complete work orders & unit turns
Perform interior/exterior painting/staining
Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and preventative maintenance
Grounds upkeep & shop organization
Rotate on-call emergency coverage with team
Requirements
Requirements:
1+ years’ maintenance experience
EPA & CPO certifications preferred
Skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair
