Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified)
Join as an Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at Monarch Investment and Management Group in Wildewood South Apartments, Columbia, SC.
Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call 1 week every 2 weeks.
What we offer
$28-$31/hour
Yearly raises up to 5%
Quarterly maintenance bonus up to $4,000 per year
On-call bonus $100 per week, minimum 1.5 hours pay
$50 on-call bonus for major holidays
401(k) with 3% match

Qualifications
4+ years maintenance experience including 3+ years multifamily housing
Extensive knowledge of plumbing and electric systems
Appliance repair and diagnostics
Painting and drywall patching
Basic computer skills with Yardi
Leadership in maintenance setting
Budget management
Hands‑on HVAC experience and EPA or HVAC certification
Excellent customer service to residents
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Available for emergency on-call coverage
Pool maintenance and CPO certification
Maintenance skills assessment will be administered during interview process.
This role requires pre‑employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screen.
