Mission Staffing – Financial Services Temporary Division is seeking a Full-Lifecycle Recruiter to help build and expand our West Coast presence.
We’re looking for a sales-minded, polished, and driven recruiter with a proven track record placing temporary and contract professionals within banks, insurance firms, and financial services organizations across the West Coast.
Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic sales efforts Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and market conditions Source, screen, and place high-quality temporary and contract professionals across operations, accounting, compliance, legal, and administrative functions Manage candidates throughout the assignment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance check-ins, extensions, and conversions Maintain strong client and candidate relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Track pipeline activity, job orders, and placements in the firm’s ATS/CRM Collaborate with the NYC-based leadership and recruiting team to align on strategy, pricing, and market coverage Stay current on market trends, compensation, and hiring activity within the West Coast financial services landscape Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience running a full-desk in temporary/contract staffing Direct experience placing temps or contractors within banking and/or insurance Strong business development and relationship-building skills Polished, professional communication style with a sales-oriented mindset Highly motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven
