Dutch-speaking specialist

to lead the onboarding and strategic growth of high-potential businesses in the

Netherlands . In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you will be a growth architect for future market leaders, helping them harness the power of Google Ads to scale their operations.

Based in our seaside Barcelona office, you will enjoy a

hybrid schedule

that combines the collaborative energy of 2 days on-site with the flexibility of 3 days working remotely.

Your Mission & Impact As a dedicated consultant for the Dutch market, you will drive success through a blend of technical strategy and relationship management:

Launch & Lead:

Act as the primary architect for new clients, building and launching high-performing PPC campaigns tailored to their unique business goals.

Business Consultation:

Conduct deep-dive needs assessments to offer results-oriented solutions, using outbound outreach to introduce clients to new growth opportunities.

Strategic Growth:

Own the revenue lifecycle of your portfolio by identifying upselling potential and ensuring long-term campaign sustainability.

Marketing Integration:

Advise Dutch partners on their total digital funnel, including landing page conversion, precision audience targeting, and creative testing.

Market Intelligence:

Serve as a bridge between the Dutch market and our internal teams, synthesizing feedback on regional trends, competitor activity, and feature requests.

Analytics & KPIs:

Monitor and interpret complex data sets ($KPIs$) to provide clients with actionable insights and strategic pivots that maximize their ROI.

Who We Are Looking For Core Qualifications

Education:

BA/BS degree (Marketing or Communications focus is a plus) or equivalent professional experience in a similar field.

Language:

Native-level fluency in

Dutch (C1-C2) .

Technical Agility:

Proficiency in CRM management and a proactive approach to using AI-driven tools to enhance outreach and workflow efficiency.

Communication:

A persuasive communicator who can distill complex digital marketing concepts into clear, strategic advice.

Dutch Market Specialization

Cultural Insight:

A profound understanding of

Dutch business etiquette , market nuances, and consumer expectations.

Data Privacy Focus:

A strong grasp of

GDPR

and the specific regulatory landscape in the Netherlands, ensuring all strategies prioritize data protection.

Relationship Management:

The ability to navigate complex stakeholder hierarchies and build high-trust partnerships with Dutch business owners and agencies.
