About the Role We are looking for a
German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager
to support new advertisers during their onboarding journey. In this role, you will help businesses successfully launch and optimize their Google Ads campaigns, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
This position is ideal for professionals interested in
digital marketing, online advertising, and client-facing roles , who are motivated to live and work in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new advertisers and guide them through Google Ads campaign setup
Contact clients via phone and email to understand their business goals
Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI
Support advertisers in adopting Google Ads products and best practices
Identify growth opportunities and increase campaign investment
Manage and update customer information accurately in CRM systems
Handle a high volume of daily client interactions with a consultative approach
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What Were Looking For
Professional proficiency in German
(spoken and written)
Good level of
English
for internal communication
Experience or strong interest in
digital marketing, sales, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset and customer-focused attitude
Motivation to live and work in
Barcelona, Spain
(relocation support available)
Salary Package
€24,310 gross per year (base salary)
Performance bonus up to €4,290 gross per year
Relocation support
for candidates moving to Spain
