About the Role We are looking for a
Hebrew-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager
to support new advertisers during their onboarding journey. You will guide clients through the setup, optimization, and growth of Google Ads campaigns, helping them achieve strong performance and long-term success.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy
client interaction, digital marketing, and working in an international, multicultural environment .
Key Responsibilities Onboard new advertisers and support them in launching Google Ads campaigns
Engage with clients via phone and email to understand business goals
Guide customers through Google Ads setup, best practices, and optimization
Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI
Support adoption of Google Ads products and features
Identify opportunities for account growth and increased investment
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Manage a high volume of daily client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What Were Looking For Professional proficiency in Hebrew
(spoken and written)
Good level of
English
for internal communication
Experience or strong interest in
digital marketing, online advertising, sales, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset and customer-focused approach
Willingness to live and work in Spain or relocate
€27,215 gross per year (base salary)
Performance bonus up to €3,265 gross per year
