Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new German-speaking clients
Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and account setup
Understand client goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs
Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges during onboarding
Provide guidance on product features, updates, and best practices
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams
Monitor onboarding metrics and ensure clients transition successfully to ongoing account management
Requirements
Native or fluent German, with strong English skills
Previous experience in account management, onboarding, or client-facing roles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and training sessions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
