Monitor performance and pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and retention
Requirements Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
English level B2 or higher
Mandatory: minimum 1 year of sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Results-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
