As a 1099 contractor, you will manage your schedule and deliverables independently while collaborating with client and EPC teams to meet project goals.
Position Overview We are seeking multiple senior‑level Division Order Analysts to support our operator clients on a project basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a results‑driven, flexible work environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, audit‑ready work.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret title documents, leases, and drilling plats to ensure accuracy and consistency
Calculate and verify GWI, NRI, and GNRI with a high level of precision
Clearly communicate ownership findings to royalty owners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with client and EPC teams to meet project milestones
Ensure data and deliverables are clean, complete, and audit‑ready
Solve complex title and ownership issues across multi‑state, operated assets
Qualifications
5+ years of senior Division Order Analyst experience, supporting operated wells
Advanced understanding of lease interpretation and complex division order calculations
Experience with assets in one (or multiple) of the following: OK, TX, AR, PA, OH
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to shifting project needs or timelines
High‑level proficiency in Excel
System preferences: SAP, Quorum, W Energy
