Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Chesapeake, VA. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored recommendations across financial planning, investments, retirement strategies, tax efficiency, risk management, and estate planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include portfolio analysis, creating comprehensive financial plans, and maintaining strong, trusting client relationships. Advisors will collaborate across professional teams, including investment managers, tax specialists, and legal advisors, to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications Regulatory licenses (e.g., Series 65) or equivelant CFP, CHFC

Qualifications

Strong expertise and experience in Financial Planning, Financial Advisory, and Finance services

Knowledge of Retirement Planning strategies and proficiency in Investments

Ability to build client relationships with effective communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related fields

Highly analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a focus on providing exceptional client experiences
