What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Meet or exceed regional sales quotas while developing comprehensive strategic regional plans
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists to drive sales activities
Collaborate with peer executives to develop divisional sales policies and procedures
Build and nurture relationships with internal departments to maximize profitability and efficiency
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, products, and services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a top‑level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
At least 3 years of leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare sector
Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a high‑performing sales team
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in building strong customer relationships within the healthcare industry
Strong analytical problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Valid driver’s license
