What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Recruit, hire, develop, and manage a successful Regional Sales Team
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop objectives and growth initiatives
Implement a Regional Business Plan and sales strategy to drive team success
Build relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product adoption
Train staff and physicians on proper usage and billing codes for products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
People-focused leader with a strong belief in culture and people development
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven healthcare sales leadership experience, preferably in Cardiology or Electrophysiology
Successful medical sales and leadership experience, ideally with B2B sales
Excellent relationship‑building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales and Leadership
Experience in Cardiac Monitoring Sales or remote patient monitoring sales
Familiarity with selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments
