What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage a successful Regional Sales Team
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop Commercial Team objectives and growth initiatives
Develop and implement a Regional Business Plan and sales strategy to lead the team to success
Foster relationships with healthcare professionals to drive increased adoption of products and services
Train staff, physicians, and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven Healthcare Sales leadership experience, ideally in Cardiology or Electrophysiology
A combination of successful medical sales and leadership experience, with B2B sales experience preferred
Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales and Leadership experience strongly preferred
Excellent relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in Cardiac Monitoring Sales or other remote patient monitoring sales
Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments
