What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, hire, develop, and manage a successful Regional Sales Team
Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to establish Commercial Team objectives and growth initiatives
Develop and implement a Regional Business Plan and sales strategy to drive team success
Foster relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product adoption and service usage
Train staff and healthcare professionals on product usage and billing codes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Sales, preferably in Cardiology or Electrophysiology
Successful medical sales experience, ideally with a focus on B2B sales
Previous experience in Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales
Excellent relationship‑building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Cardiac Monitoring Sales or remote patient monitoring sales
Familiarity with selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments
Strong understanding of Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, and other relevant medical specialties
