Job Description As a Relationship Banker, you will engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. You will accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and have deep conversations with clients to gain understanding of their financial priorities, then connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
Responsibilities
Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending and investments.
Manage financial‑center traffic, appointments and outbound calls effectively.
Drive the client experience.
Manage cash responsibilities.
Required Qualifications

Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
Efficiently manages time and capacity.
Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial centre within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products and solutions.
At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Six months of cash‑handling experience.
Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration or finance).
