Bank of America is looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Banker to serve customers at its financial center located at Ponce De Leon Mall. The role focuses on engaging clients, processing transactions, and delivering a superior banking experience. Responsibilities

Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to protect clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, schedule appointments, and make outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications

Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on results. Collaborative team player who builds and nurtures strong relationships. Committed to delivering an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients. Effective communicator, comfortable engaging all types of clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms. Comfortable educating clients about self‑service banking technologies such as ATM, online, and mobile banking. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs. Adheres to processes and guidelines, following all applicable laws and regulations. Efficiently manages time and capacity. Willingness to work weekends or extended hours and travel within the region as required. Desired Qualifications

Experience in financial services and understanding of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s degree or business‑related associate’s degree in business management, administration, or finance. Additional Information
