Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented single-family Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation to lease signings, for our single-family homes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Conduct showings of available single-family properties to prospective tenants.
Manage tenant applications, including screening for creditworthiness and background checks.
Negotiate lease terms and ensure accurate and legal lease documentation.
Provide high-quality customer service to potential and current tenants.
Assist in marketing and advertising efforts to maximize property visibility.
Stay updated on local market trends to inform leasing strategies.
Maintain comprehensive records of leasing activities.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
Ensure compliance with all housing laws and regulations.
Manage lease renewals.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Previous experience in leasing or real estate is preferred, not required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Knowledge of local real estate and fair housing laws.
Ability to provide high levels of customer service.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Occasional sitting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to walk through properties, which may include stairs and uneven surfaces.
Work Environment: Primarily a professional office environment. Occasional travel to and from properties. Exposure to varying weather conditions during property showings.
