Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent for our property, Gleason Lake Apartments, located in Wayzata, MN. Gleason Lake Apartments is a 77-unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!
Duties & Responsibilities
Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law, and marketing product knowledge.
Greet all prospects and residents with professional courtesy and respect.
Maintain professional communications with residents, residents’ guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
Follow up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence.
Process rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
Skills Required

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
