We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients and the growth of our firm. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth pre-screen interviews to assess leadership style, technical expertise, qualifications, reasons for movement, compensation information, and cultural alignment. Deliver curated shortlists and comprehensive candidate summaries to client stakeholders. Advise on compensation benchmarking, talent availability, and succession planning strategies. Source and engage top leadership talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and market mapping. Leverage the CRM to track candidate outreach and pipelines. Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn). Manage the offer process. Skills

Project Management Strong Attention to Detail Strategic Decision Making Work Independently/Team Oriented Relationship Building Multitasking Adaptable Client and Candidate Advocate Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Strong proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Top Echelon). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience working remotely. What We Offer
