Respond professionally to telephone calls and emails from clients and stakeholders
Investigate claims to evaluate liability and assess damages for recovery
Prepare and analyze files, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking
Negotiate liability and damage disputes with insurance carriers and self-insured entities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
3-5 years of subrogation or claims experience
Adjuster license preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant claims systems
Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience in analyzing, negotiating, and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
