What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review and manage subrogation files across varying lines of business
Respond professionally and promptly to telephone calls and emails from clients and stakeholders
Investigate claims to evaluate liability, assess damages, and determine recovery avenues
Prepare and analyze files, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of correspondence
Negotiate liability and damage disputes with other insurance carriers and self‑insured entities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
3-5 years of subrogation or claims experience
Adjuster license preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant claims systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with negotiating claims and managing multiple tasks
Demonstrated reasoning and problem‑solving abilities
