Role Description This is a full‑time local position. MUST BE US CITIZEN!
As the Cybersecurity Strategy Lead, you will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizational assets. This role involves conducting risk assessments, advising on cybersecurity tools and solutions, leading complex security projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address potential threats and vulnerabilities. A focus on ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations is integral, while also identifying innovative methods to future‑proof existing systems.
Qualifications
Experience with Cybersecurity Strategy, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance
Expertise in Network Security, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, and Threat Detection
Knowledge of Security Frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
Strong skills in Communication, Team Leadership, and Collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Familiarity with Cloud Security, Data Encryption, and Access Management Solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred
Proven experience in cybersecurity management, analyzing and mitigating security threats
Proficiency in developing and presenting security strategies to stakeholders and executive teams
