About Conflation Labs Conflation Labs builds AI-powered conversational mapping tools that help local governments and enterprise teams quickly understand zoning, permitting, and location-based regulations. Our platform combines authoritative GIS data with AI to turn complex questions into clear answers and visual maps. We are a fast-growing GovTech startup with paying customers and an active sales pipeline.
Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Outbound Marketing Manager to help us consistently grow our sales funnel. This role is outbound-first and execution-heavy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach campaigns, lead sourcing, and email marketing. Over time, the role will expand into inbound marketing, including website optimization, engagement, and SEO.
This is a high‑ownership role for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch, experimenting, and growing alongside an early‑stage Silicon Valley startup.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting government and enterprise decision‑makers
Source, scrape, clean, and segment lead lists using tools and custom workflows
Write and test outbound messaging tailored to GovTech and enterprise buyers
Manage outbound email campaigns and nurture sequences
Collaborate closely with founders and sales to align outreach with live deals and ICP feedback
Inbound & Growth Marketing (Over Time)
Improve website messaging, landing pages, and conversion flows
Support SEO efforts through content planning, keyword strategy, and on‑page optimization
Help develop case studies, short‑form content, and thought leadership assets
Track performance across outbound and inbound channels and iterate based on results
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn outreach tools, lead scraping, and list building
Strong copywriting skills for cold outreach and email campaigns
Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to test, measure, and optimize campaigns
Ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving startup environment
Experience in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or enterprise software is a strong plus
What We’re Looking For
Ownership mentality and bias toward action
Someone who treats pipeline growth as their responsibility, not just a task list
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes where none exist
Curious, scrappy, and eager to grow into a broader marketing leadership role
Why Join Conflation Labs
Direct impact on revenue and company growth
Close collaboration with founders and real customer feedback
Opportunity to grow the role into inbound, growth, or head‑of‑marketing responsibilities
