Sales and Marketing Administrator
ProCare Transportation and Language Services is hiring a Sales and Marketing Administrator for its Tampa office (33634). This full‑time on‑site position offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Managing the sales inbox and email correspondence.
Conducting customer relationship and quality assurance calls with client companies.
Supporting ongoing customer development and helping the team meet growth goals.
Maintaining accuracy in the CRM system and assisting with data entry and reporting.
Coordinating and tracking marketing materials, promotional inventory, and event shipments.
Providing administrative and operational support to leadership and sales staff.
Participating in marketing events (must have reliable transportation – mileage reimbursed).
Delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
Ability to self‑manage and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, formulas).
1 + year of sales experience (must be shown on your resume).
Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task/critical think.
Ability to follow scripts.
Reliability, as reflected in attendance and effective task/project completion.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
