Proficiency in Storytelling, Social media video editing, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro.
Potential to develop in Real estate video marketing.
Spanish – Fully fluent.
English – Fully fluent.

Responsibilities
Edit short‑form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Improve hooks, pacing, and storytelling to increase retention.
Work with clear goals per video, including reach, retention, leads, and sales.
Collaborate proactively with marketing and content teams.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Video Editor.
Goal‑oriented editing mindset (focused on results, not just aesthetics).
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to meet deadlines independently.
