Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, where you help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
Typical Day You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive throughout the morning, requesting Wi‑Fi changes, package status, directions, projector help, and more. You handle invoicing, email customers about packages, and manage service portal tickets. You enjoy short coffee breaks and lunch while juggling other requests. In early afternoon you collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, sending e‑invitations, printing posters, and engaging prospects. The day ends with wrapping up meetings and ensuring a clean space.
About You
A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience)
Enjoy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations
Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
