We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC/R systems, including ductwork installation. This role requires a detail-oriented, dependable individual who can work both independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate system installations. Key Responsibilities
Install HVAC systems and ductwork according to project specifications and local building codes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Collaborate with team members to complete installations and system upgrades efficiently. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance documentation. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on job sites. Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC system installation. Strong mechanical skills with proficiency in using hand and power tools. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigerant handling and system diagnostics. Ability to work in a variety of settings: commercial and industrial.
