What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist in planning and executing field events, webinars, conferences, executive dinners, and partner programs
Work with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support territory-level marketing activities
Track program timelines, budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts
Maintain dashboards for program performance, event attendance, and pipeline contribution
Provide weekly summaries and insights to the Field Marketing team
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and comfort in working with sales and cross-functional teams
Interest in events, marketing operations, and growing within B2B SaaS marketing
Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFDC, ZoomInfo, or similar) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience coordinating and executing marketing events in a B2B context
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Previous involvement in lead generation and pipeline management activities
Creative problem-solving skills and proactive initiativePassion for learning and staying updated on industry trends
