Summary This key leadership position is responsible for developing, executing and managing Cannon-Muskegon’s global sales and marketing plan to support the client's strategic goals, budget and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
Work safely; adhere to all company and regulatory EH&S policies and procedures.
Adhere to all Company 6‑S initiatives and policies.
Supervise/Manage department personnel and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Act as sales executive in charge of managing the company’s global sales and marketing operations and manage all sales and marketing personnel.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategic plans and objectives to maintain business competitiveness and support the overall company financial goals and objectives.
Maintain a comprehensive perspective and understanding of markets, industry developments, customer concerns and economic conditions.
Act as company ombudsman to promote the interests of the company to customers and the industry/markets.
Analyze company sales reports and act as necessary to achieve desired results.
Oversee the professional development of the company’s sales department, including systems, staffing and training to optimize sales performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Conduct sales and marketing analysis; prepare reports and make presentations to staff, corporate officials, customers and others as required.
Assure resolution of customer complaints and sales or service issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience – Required Four‑year degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field of study, and/or ten to fifteen (10–15) years’ minimum experience in marketing or sales of primary alloys preferred.

Must Meet This Criterion Must be out of the Metals Manufacturing Industry.
