Opportunity The Growth team is responsible for selling our new products into prospects as well as our 500 existing clients. The target market segment is retailers (e.g. Grocery, Convenience, DIY, etc.) who each drive $100 M–$1 B in annual revenue. You’ll run the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, contracting, and ultimately driving the buying process to close. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the RELEX sales team, as you’ll be an early contributor on a new team responsible for scaling RELEX’s newest and fastest growing lines of business.

Location:

US‑based (Atlanta preferred or remote within North America).

What you’ll be doing

Deliver an engaging value‑based sales methodology and drive meaningful customer value for all stakeholders, including presenting the vision to C‑levels.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly and annual targets, including accessing and aligning with customer C‑levels.

Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including solution development, deal term negotiation and contract closing for opportunities within the territory.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure that appropriate expectations are being established, communicated and documented.

Maintain an accurate Salesforce.com pipeline of all opportunities, white‑space, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication.

Exhibit ethical selling, focusing on delivering what we can deliver and maintaining a highly customer‑referenceable brand.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain 100 % customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business growth.

We’re looking for

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (Sales Development, Account Executive, Account Management) with demonstrable aptitude at consultative selling to C‑levels; background in supply chain or retail a plus.

A self‑starter who is independent, resourceful, adaptable, achievement‑oriented, and resilient, entrepreneurial and able to develop a territory into a functioning business.

A team player who is open‑minded, hands‑on, team‑oriented and down‑to‑earth communicator; experienced interacting with inside sales, pre‑sales, alliances and sales operations to create the best outcomes for customers and the company.

A customer‑focused professional who builds and maintains positive long‑term, win‑win relationships with clients.

A value‑seller with a strong background utilizing value‑selling tools; RELEX customers experience high ROI, and we align our solution and sales model accordingly.

Excellent communication skills demonstrated in customer interactions, proposals, sales communications, internal updates and sales operations reporting in Salesforce.com.

Expert negotiator with business acumen and high EQ to lead SaaS and Services contract negotiations with C‑level, technical and legal teams on new deals, building predictable closing strategies aligned with the client.
