Preferred Qualifications & Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficient in general retail practices.
Retail store management experience or comparable experience.
Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates.
Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements & Environment
Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height using proper equipment.
Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift frequently.
Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Knowledge of retail practices for smooth operations.
Team player encouraging others to achieve goals.
Manage tasks with a positive attitude and clear communication.
Mentor/training associates as needed.
