Michelle Wine Estates, providing exceptional service to consumer inquiries via the Direct‑to‑Consumer channel or general web inquiries. Operates Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Provide front‑line customer service to wine club members and direct sales customers for a broad portfolio of wineries. Respond to inbound phone calls, e‑mails, and make outbound calls regarding general inquiries, event reservations, club membership questions, and direct shipment orders. Perform data entry tasks to support wine clubs and e‑commerce (new member signups, member data updates, etc.). Research and resolve routine customer‑service inquiries or problems. Process daily orders for e‑commerce and club. Log consumer complaints and elevate to appropriate personnel. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion. Position Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years in a customer‑service position with outstanding customer‑service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Intermediate or advanced computer skills (MS Office). Basic knowledge of the wine industry preferred. Strong attention to detail. History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, and fitness to be licensed, permitted, or certified by state and/or local agencies. Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Compensation
$19.45 – $25.27 per hour, based on relevant experience. Individual offers are dependent on prior experience and education. Benefits
