Territory Sales Representative - Tucson, AZ
Join Carlisle Construction Materials as a Territory Sales Representative for our Roof Restoration team covering the Tucson market.
Job Summary The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for sales, marketing, and general business support to grow the territory, prospect new business, and promote product awareness to contractors, building owners, and consultants. Duties include field evaluations of prospective projects and presenting product solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a territory business plan to achieve the annual sales target and prepare reports on competitor activity.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports, utilizing SalesForce.
Work with existing contractor and distribution networks to promote Henry’s product line in the specified market area.
Collaborate with assigned distribution partners to present products to contractors, owners, and specifiers.
Apply sales and marketing principles, including daily pipeline management using Salesforce.
Obtain and analyze sales activity information in the specified area, proficiency in Salesforce.com.
Speak publicly to contractors, owners, and specifiers with clear presentations and interpersonal skills.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills and Experience:
Five (5) years of sales/marketing experience in the building products industry within a distribution network environment, or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education approved by Senior Management.
Working Conditions
Full‑time position with a flexible schedule, including variable and weekend work.
Moderate travel to customers, owners, distributors, and job sites as needed.
