Ocean Spray is hiring for a Sales Team Leader, Club! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location We're all about flexibility. This will be a

remote role

based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

Reporting to the Snr. Director of Sales for Walmart & Club, the Team Lead of Club will develop, plan and help drive business initiatives through collaboration with cross functional partners to achieve company objectives aligned with customer objectives. This includes the management and development of (3) Account Managers. He/she will lead in plan development across the everyday and season, food and beverage businesses to deliver profitable, sustainable growth for Ocean Spray across the Club channel.

A Day in the Life To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty below.

Manage Club direct customer relationships at various levels with support of the account management team.

Lead business development & sales strategy for Club with support of the Sales Strategy & Marketing teams.

Develop Performance objectives and measurements for 3 direct reports that align with employee's career development and aspirational goals

Lead coordination and development of Annual business plans, QBRs, Strategic Customer & Commercial Reviews with both the Customer and Internal VP's/ Leadership.

Lead the annual process for Club channel, coordinating cross-functional needs, adhering to Ocean Spray & Customer timelines: Modular Line Reviews, Rotational calendar, Feature Submissions, Samples, Item Setup, Forecasting, Monthly Demand Reviews, and Annual Planning.

Establish internal relationships to effectively influence and collaboratively achieve both short term and long term objectives

Develop and implement 2-3 year plans and strategies to deliver profitable, sustainable growth

Lead in development and support execution of contingency plans to maximize growth while mitigating risks

Effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy, Category Leadership, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Finance, and Brand Marketing teams to maximize results

Own the Club P&L, IBP process and forecast accuracy

Meet or exceed company growth objectives while adhering to trade budget

Desire to provide constructive input to continuously improve Everyday processes

Demonstrate the company's core values

Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

Ability to travel approximately 10%/month

Track record of leading an effective and engaged team

A Collaborative & Influential Self-starter who proactively identifies business risks and opportunities with drive to pursue initiatives

Detail oriented, strong organization skills, and ability to manage process effectively

Analytical mindset. Understanding of retailer specific & syndicated data (Circana)

Ability to influence through fact-based recommendations, and create and deliver strong presentations across functions and levels, internally and externally

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong relationship management skills, emphasis on collaboration and alignment, across functions and levels

Minimum of Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus

Minimum of 7 years of Sales experience including experience selling to Costco strongly preferred

Minimum of 2 years People Management

Expertise in Club merchandising strategies and execution in Food and Beverage categories

Experience in P&L management and sales forecasting

Experience in Customer/Channel Marketing, Category Management, and/or Sales Operations is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Master's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience

At least 7 Years of Experience

Annual Salary $132,500 - $182,160. The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
