Inside Sales Representative – Fire Sprinkler Service Role Summary Support service division sales by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into booked projects. The pay range is $40,000-$60,000 /YR, depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance contracts.
Prepare accurate quotes and follow‑up with customers to secure deals.
Collaborate with outside sales reps and service teams.
Maintain updated records in CRM.
Job Qualifications
2 years inside sales/customer service experience, ideally in fire protection or technical services.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
NFPA knowledge a plus (training provided).
